Welcome to Rappahannock Culpeper Baseball! Many of you are already familiar with our organization. For those of you who are not, we are a division of the Cal Ripken/Babe Ruth Baseball League. All participants of RCB are made up of volunteers; from the board members and coaches, to managers, and the all important team moms. We volunteer our time and energy so that the children in our area will have a fantastic place to play baseball.
Rappahannock Culpeper Baseball is lucky enough to have our own five field baseball complex which serves as the site for all of our games from our t-ball to Babe Ruth. Captain and Mrs. Stuart, both long-time county residents, gave this 9 acre complex to the youth of our area to play the Captain’s favorite pastime, baseball. We, as a community, were left with the task of taking care of this Field of Dreams for our youth. With your financial support, and with the contributions of numerous volunteers, Stuart’s Field remains intact for the present and future generations of baseball players in Rappahannock and Culpeper Counties.
RCB is comprised of 5 leagues: T-ball (which makes use of a baseball tee and coach’s pitching), Rookie ball (machine pitch), Minors, Majors, and Babe Ruth. The Babe Ruth league consists of a 13 year old prep team, a 14-16 year old team, and sometimes a 16-18 year old team. Each league has its own field for practices and games. We pride ourselves in our unique complex. Our concession stand is second to none, and our families enjoy the feeling of comfort and security in our family-orientated facility.
We invite you to join us in Amissville, on Route 211, five miles from Clevenger’s Corner; "Where the Sun rises and sets over Baseball." Come and enjoy the total youth baseball experience!
