RAA board meeting was held Tuesday 9/8/09 at 6:30 pm.

Wayne Dodson, President, indicated that the meeting's purpose would be limited to elections.

A follow-on meeting will be scheduled for next week with new board members. 

Election results were as follows:

President:  Wayne Dodson is currently serving the second year of a two year term.

Vice President:  Howard Soaper was nominated, ran uncontested, and was elected to this two year position.

Secretary:  Amy Hitt is currently serving the second year of a two year term.

Treasurer:  Mary Gray ran uncontested and was elected to this two year position.

Sponsorship Chair:  Carrie Gearing ran uncontested and was elected to this one year position.

Fundraising Chair:  Linda Turner ran uncontested and was elected to this one year position.

Equipment Manager:  Michael Wharton ran uncontested and was elected to this one year position.

Fields Manager:  This position is currently vacant. 

Concession Manager:  Caitlyn Dudley ran uncontested and was elected to this one year position.

T-Ball Commissioner:  Craig Peters ran uncontested and was elected to this one year position.

Rookie Commissioner:  Clay Hunton ran uncontested and was elected to this one year position.

Minor Commissioner: Michael Wharton ran uncontested and was elected to this one year position.

Major Commissioner:  Coy Ferrell ran uncontested and was elected to this one year position.

Babe Ruth Commissioner:  Kevin Walker was nominated, ran uncontested, and was elected to this one year position.
