Called to order at 6:15 pm

Minutes were read'; Steve Smith Motion to approve, Chuck 2nd Motion carried.

Treasurers report: Amy Gave as she has been working on the finances. The checkbook has $466.12 in it after all bills have been paid. The Building Fund has $5439.64 in it. Many bills were left unpaid by the previous board. All have been taken care of now.

The Federal taxes, that were not filed for 2007 by the previous board, have been completed and sent in. The state taxes are being worked on by Amy. And will be sent in by December 1, 2008 there will probably be fines for both Federal & State.

Insurance for equipment has been obtained and paid for; we are covered for 1 year at a cost of $1,000.00. The mower payment has been paid up to Jan. 1 2009.

Old Business:
Ruritan Building Mark Fletcher needs to finish Heat/Air
Brett Anderson reported that we may need to fin another electrician as Wes may no longer be involved due to family issue. Chuck will contact Scott C. And Brett will contact Clifford about the electric. Jeff Stewart has offered to do the plumbing. Brett to check with Wes about the lights that were to be donated. Will let us know that status.

Need to find Stalls for bathrooms/toilets/urinals and Drywall installer maybe.

Vision for the building will be discussed once we have ht and electric done and bathrooms finished. Would like to have done by Jan 1 2009.

Closing the fields; Wayne & Chuck and couple others showed up on Sunday 11/9/08 Organized equipment/ covered mounds/ put l-screens away/ trash can/ put up silt fence/ decided to leave signs up. * Against Amy's better judgement she agreed, note big snow comes we are in trouble*

For Future knowledge Alice asked that a list be made of winterizing steps for stand and fields/

Concession Stand:
25 Cases of Pepsi to be picked up by Pepsi to be credited to our account for Spring Season.

Concession Sheets to be used at all times for Spring Season/ opening and closing will be done by Board Members/No kids allowed in the stand at all/Change locks for Spring Season/ Amy to call Country Safe & Lock to get a key for the doors.

Fundraiser:
50/50 Raffle all tickets should be sold/ all money turned into Becky by 11/25/08 Send email out to contact Becky/Check with memory Makers and Olsen Photography for the best deal and who gives us money back and plaques for the coaches & sponsors

Fields: Howard to get with Brent about servicing Lawn Mower/Speeds bumps to get installed before Spring Season.
